This gala stands as a powerful testament to a decade of unwavering dedication by the Ottawa Tamil Association and its coalitions. Since our founding in 2014, we have championed Tamil heritage, advocated for truth and justice—including pushing for the recognition of Tamil Genocide Remembrance Day—and built stronger community bonds through initiatives like healthy living, our annual galas, the Tamil Genocide Education Project, entrepreneurship networks, food drives, and more. Your participation over the past ten years has empowered OTA to honour our shared history, promote Canadian values and foster resilience across generations.
